In 1941, the Stockton Ports were one of the founding members of the California Baseball League. The Ports gained their unique name from the cities own rich history and strong resource as the states only inland Port. Over the course of the Ports 61 years as a member of the California League, the Stockton Ports have won 11 titles (most by any active team) and have posted an overall 4,474-4,018 record and made it to the postseason in 38 seasons.
